Hey there and welcome to GTAS. I guess your chances of getting in touch via email are rather low. Maybe give Skype, Steam, RGSC or XBL/PSN (in case you're on console) a try instead. Those are the main platforms GTAS people use for communication aside from this forum.

There used to be VCMP & SAMP servers, where people hung out and stunted together. I'm out of business and don't have any IPs to share unfortunately. Maybe someone else could post any, in case they're still up and running. :P
