Has anyone else had weird character appearance issues?

I transferred my character from xbox 360 and it had female eyebrows and lipstick, so I ofc changed it, load up online and...

Go to a barber shop and try changing  it normally?

If that doesnt works, you can do the glitch i posted, (You have to delete one of you characters)

I spent like half an hour trying to achieve that sort of skin color but just completely gave up. Either they look too white or way too hispanic. Wouldn't have minded the heritage preview to be, you know, colored. What parents did you go with?

Can't remember tbh, I changed it a bit from my original character on ps3 which was really pale. I just tried mixing back on forth on all the parents until I had a look I was happy with. I probably had a hispanic parent though, but got more of her tone from the caucasian parent.

Why does it make your character make that sour ass face?
btw I never had any problem with the parents system, i just picked two white parents and made the likeness more on my moms side so she looked more feminine
