Oh what a bummer. I already have all new PC components on my shopping list ready for ordering, but I guess that's delayed as well now.

aside from graphics, is there going to be a big change to stunting when PC drops?

In terms of physics and such, no.
The big difference is the ability to record clips quickly, perhaps there's a replay function of some kind (hopefully in GTA:O). It'll be a little slow at first but you'll eventually see many more stunt videos come out. A more active scene. I've been talking a few retired stunters who might come out of the woodwork to try this out.
Probably a lot more innovation at a quicker pace.

Just overall quicker experience, with trainer teleporters and such in SP I think we'll see a larger variation in stunts. Cause online you'll have to worry about the Wrong Way thing slapping you in the face, or having to go back and forth all the time. I think that's part of the reason why most stunts nowadays are so straight forward. And in SP right now you'll have to deal with the long ass loading (at least on ps3/360).
Having a trainer at hand will allow quicker, testing, say you wanted to switch vehicles, just spawn a new one and keep trying. Instead of quitting the race, restarting the race, setting up everything and choosing your vehicle. 60fps stunt vids will become the norm (I assume) and better editing tools will become avaliable.
TL;DR: Quicker stunting (teleporters, spawners) and Better videos (fps and editing)

Wouldn't surprise me if they released the PC version without the video editor because "it needs some improvements" :ajaja:

I was angry at first then I thought what if they released it on March 24th? What would be different? Would it matter? Still disappointing though :(
