If I think what you are referring to is correct, then what I do is use ENB which is a mild modification to the game.
Do a quick Google search, or YouTube instead; you'll find heaps of information and different ENB settings.

ENB has some different .dll that allows you to use them in SAMP joker, check on google

Thanks guys, I've tried some of them, but they didn't work. SA always crashed, I think my video card is just not tough enough for it.
But this ENB isn't just about car reflections, right? I mean it converts all the textures and shit.
If yes, could you offer me a thingy, that changes the car ref-s only? Maybe that would be good.
