Download the USCM for SA here (http://gtasd.cba.pl/) and take a look at the readme for the controls. It depends on what your settings are.

The controls should be the same with the .set file in the user files being used by both SA and United. Unless it for some reason created a separate folder with a .set file inside so you'd need to reconfigure your controls to what it usually is or copy/paste the previous file.
