what about start the hecg on alien city too? just saying :ninja:

since the activity in the SA hecg isnt that high i doubt that this will work better in AC, because there are much less stunters . i guess not many people know the ac map that good, so it would be hard to even find the spot to reland. atleast for me it would be :D
