Have potential, but you are hitting the same places on both your videos. Switch it up, and on some of them, you could have easily gotten on a rooftop. Try landing on a building buddy

Part 2 have some nice clips in my opinion.

Part 2 was better than the first one. Eventhough it's more about flips than real stunts, I see you have some potential. Keep it up, and try to land some roof. :P
