re-install SA and do seperate copies for MTA and single player

that sucks man, but you should make sure you get yourself a new copy of that game.
i can't delay match forever until you fix that. i'd understand if it was a problem with your hardware. in the age of highspeed internet though, you should be able to find a fix. (and this topic has been up for almost 2 weeks)
