Hi, I know this is kind of out of a sudden but I just want to have and to know how to make a banner like GTASTUNTING is using when glorifying or awarding someone here on this forum..

The one with caesar's leaves or somethin' like that with "best stunter of 2012 award" and a glowing text


SO can someone show me a link how to do it?

or better if can someone make me one if it's not too much to ask for..

Just put:

TEKKEN: Clash of the Elites
S   E   A    S   O    N       2
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
_______CHAMPION_______

and make the background black while the text is GOLDEN glowing
