I'm guessing they're setting it up for an April release like the other GTA's...let's hope  <_<.

Btw it will be out before March 31st, most likely in March. They have to release it before then because TakeTwo have had a loss of $110 Million in the first financial quarter of the year and that is when the next financial year begins so they have to make their money back.

Yep, March 26th in USA and 29 in the rest of the world.
End of march to end the year with a good results and start fiscal year 2014 with good results, that's the plan imo.
