ive downloaded it like 200 times, my friend has sent me it heaps of times, i have tried to download in different mirrors and webs. i install it, double clik on the icon and it doesnt come up.

You could get fraps 1.9D, it works, no watermark, it's a free download. I dunno if it's still on fraps page. You might need to search around, but it's what I use.
