Title: Fraps to iMovie?

Yooo,

Fraps as usual records for .avi. I was wondering if there was anyway to record it for .mov or any iMovie format. Without converting though.

If there's actually no way, then show me a good convert method that keeps the quality the same.
IF YOU DIDN'T FIND. So don't just tell me to convert when you haven't even bothered searching.
