Alright so I was editing Serene and experienced this wierd ass bug. It relates to the pan / crop because right when I try to tweak the pan / crop settings it goes something like this. I've tried everything meaning re-recording and using a bunch of other clips.

Also sorry for spoilers but I really need to get this issue fixed.  :|

Hmm, do you change the ratio 16:9 in your pancrops? Cant look at the vid for the moment, I'll look at it later.

Nope, I'm only trying to remove the zoom effect from Newblue Earthquake using pan / crop.

I forgot to mention I have identical effect sets like this used in other clips but they don't have this bug.

Reinstall Vegas, use system restore.
