First of all, congratulations to both of you for getting to the finals. Every step of your journey in the tournament was well deserved, and you should be not only satisfied with your current effort, but glad that you won tough matches.

Objective:

Note: the main part should be 3+ minutes, intro and outro are not counting for that.

Deadline: 9 days from now [midnight 1st] (+3 days extension)

Great final.
Tracker: Nice editing. First of all, it did feel like a real video what after all was a challenge. Great, simple and energetic intro. Also quite typical, simple and clear outro. Main part was as I said nice in general. Can't say much more, camera angles were very decent, you didn't overuse the effects which is fine with me. Colors were a bit foggy (due to blur) and lacked some freshness in my opinion. Other than that, good effort. I also liked the fact you picked a actually fitting finisher.
Ultra: Quite awesome intro. A different approach, without using an opener as part of it. Main part editing was awesome. There were a little boring parts towards the end but in general, fantastic job. I'd say you adjusted some freshness with different cc's and songs. That's quite an issue though, since because of that video sort of felt like a mix of clips, parts didn't blend together too well. Other than that, it was awesome. I disliked the ending though. It felt like another part ending. You also chose a bad stunt for finisher. Outro could be yet another intro. It didn't feel like outro at all. But those very few last seconds were absolutely top notch. Hands down.

Really great match. Both entries were nice, both different. When it comes to intro I'd say it's a tie since both were good and had different styles. Outro, though boring was better in Trackers entry. Ultra's just didn't feel like outro. The key to success in main part. I thought Tracker did better job blending everything togheter. Though when I read 2 different song types I hoped for those in main part. When it comes to editing itself, Ultra's entry was absolutely awesome. I'm gonna vote for a video which i think I'd enjoy more if it was released separately in vc section. My final vote goes to Ultra.

Awesome match.

Both entries were pretty different from each other. You both created something unique and unfortunately, for us judges, we have to pick the best, which is not an easy task :euro:

Tracker:
The rock feeling, the colors, the sync, it was all well done. I like the fact that you were able to create effects that weren't anything new, but you knew how to use them and place to make it a great watch. The angles had a few issues, there were - very few - camera fucks, and some angles that were way too zoomed in. Nethertheless, the atmosphere was unique and you really managed to bring us the oldschoo feeling.

Ulltra:
Your intro was quite the opposite of what I was expecting. But, somehow, it was just brilliant. The various changes of atmospheres - and songs - showed us what you are capable of. The majority of colors were pretty great, editing fitting the song style was flawless and the effects were well placed. Honestly, I've noticed many angles of which I did not like. Some were way too fast, some were just a bad pick, but the very rest gave the feeling of seeing something unexpected.

As Kukiel said, both entries were just too different from each other, I could even tell that you had different objectives. But you did not, and you both created something unique on your own way.

After a hard thought, and considering what would I would actually enjoy more if it was an actual release, I'm voting for Ulltra for creating a really different concept in his video.

Congratulatios to both for getting to this point in the tournament, and may the best editor win :a-cheer:

First of all great job getting to the finals, it has been a long and arduous track.

Tracker: I'm really impressed, as I've seen you have done one of the best enviroments I ever seen, simple but effective and intersting editing in some parts, the music was awesome with all these effects, plus angles and pancrop (i.e. psm near to the sea) were killer, CC was nice and fitting to this song too, kind of aphotic and vague due to the blurring I think as Kuk said, there are also some little, very little camfucks but you still managed to wipe it good and bring us the old school feeling, everything was just mixed up perfectly, nice work! :)


Ulltra: Oh Jesus Christ, so awesome! dude you made almost all of these stuff amazing! I'll just rate main now, I'll rate intro and outro together cause it's kind of the same opinion about 'em. Main was just simply amazing, lovely atmosphere in each of all these parts, specially the mixgin between the 3rd and 4th part, god I jizzed my pants, the other parts were also nice, good looking except sometimes pancrop was weird and annoying in my eyes, like last part on the last secs. You should have finished last part with a better stunt to give the "ending" feeling, I just felt like it was still going another part. In other hand the little details like nametags and tymecyc switching were great and very well done. About intro and main, intro fitted to the beggining of the first part, but the outro was boring to me atleast, I mean it made it look weird because it just came in like another part as I said some words before. I see your effort on these freecam angles all over the city, also words could've done a bit better, like giving some movement.



Overall Tracker managed to give the real stunting vid (plus old school) feeling, great usage uf stunts and editing, and Ulltra also made it really awesome, since he used more atmosphere change and some other little ideas. It is really hard to me to choose, by my part I would just say "fuck it let's have an orgy" but I will choose Ulltra


Once more, good work getting to the finals gentlemen, both had a good run to get here, best of luck from now on :a-cheer: :a-cheer:

Congratulations Ulltra  :a-cheer: . It was the best fight I had in ET. I'm looking forward to another series :) It is only here for fun, I honestly do not depend on winning.
