VC and LC i'm record at 30 fps all good . except SAiVC . it's lags and i use SAiVC Leevi version
-
Record at 15 fps and speed up clip by 2x in sony vegas. SA map is just too big for VC, that's why it lags.
-
which version of fraps do you have?
if its the 2011 version. put lockframerate and mark 30 fps. you'll get low fps while recording. but the video data will be fluid.
if its 2009 version. put dont syinc video and audio
-
speed up in vegas, agree with FloW
-
I'm Use Fraps 3.2.3
-
Versions aren't important. FloW is right, try through following his notice.

did someone tried what i said? is technically the real problem solution. no need to accelerate every clip.
when you are recording 30 fps locked. the replay if you have low frames, the game will slow down too. is the same as flow said but without more complications.
look:
for san andreas I have my fraps like this
(http://desmond.imageshack.us/Himg811/scaled.php?server=811&filename=frapse.png&res=medium)
and here is the results without accelerating it in vegas
darkness.wmv (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=egqD7KU4XeM#)
while recording i have 4 fps. and the recorded media is fluid, because it was locked at 25 fps.
nobody listen to me :(
for vc is 30 fps
-
my stunt wtf
-
And How to Play SAiVC in Low PC Without Lag ? :(
