Special Stuntin'G-Unit's 10th crew video

Information:

Heyho GTAS! I'm proud to finally present you the 10th offical crew video by SSU. This video kinda is what Orion was supposed to be and I think I don't lie when I say that this might be the best video of SSU so far. We luckily didn't have much complications this time, so pretty much everything worked out as we hoped. Stunting phase actually wasn't too long since we had some stunts left from our previous SA video. Furthermore we gathered couple more guys which speeded that up aswell. Those guys are jeff, Ktulu & Plani who deicded to come back to us (welcome in once again guys). With this amount of stunters we managed to create a video with 2 main parts which include some great variety imo.

It was a pain to get it done overall though, because my HDD didn't offer enough space, so I had to move lotta footage via USB stick to my dad's PC. I also once again had problems with rendering, but uh... I got used to it with my videos kinda. Same goes for uploading, therefore not all versions & streamings are available yet. They're still upcoming, so don't upload it please! ~~The XQ version will include some extra content of the making of phase~~. Don't expect anything extraordinary from the editing, I intentionally kept it simple as it is a crew video and not just my own video. I'd like to thank my mates for the opportunity to edit this aswell. I think this was the very first time that I edited a crew video of my own crew. Big thanks also go out to PrzemOO & PtRvY which helped me a lot with the scripting related stuff and did also some parts of it. PrzemOO also edited the video's outro and gave me the .veg file along with the required files to render it myself, to ensure that the quality stays up. However, I've typed enough now. Go ahead, have a watch and hopefully enjoy it!

That intro made go like ,,wooooooo´´, it was amazing. The idea of the full video was just impressive. Stuntingwise, was even more impressive. So much stunts had an unexpect final turn, which i liked. Like Jeff´s quad stunt. The editing was amazing too. BEST SSU VIDEO SO FAR.

sadlly, lee, JC, and Franco had a week apperance in my eyes, hope to see them landing epic stuff soon as they usually do

the editing was great, rusch did a great job on keeping a nice cc and smooth matching effects, and really will synced video, the voice accting was great, one of the best on GTAS, including the script which was really nice and got me laughting at drink it now bitches ;P

oh and przemOO did you hack my pc or something :p ?, lost that bridge double grind as a spot, and the wallride 2 prec at the staduim, your landing on prec was better tho :p

Intro: Nice intro. It's good to see some story behind the name of the video. I especailly liked the smoke *haze* going through the city.

Main part 1:

PrzemOO (2:31-2:42) Lovely intro to the stunt. Great natural stunt as well. I kinda dislike the stunts where you can land on different levels of the building but it was still pretty awesome. 9/10
Requiem (2:43-2:49) Pretty cool little stunt you got there. 7.5/10
Artifex (2:50-2:59) It's nice but it's one of those forgatble stunts. Still good job on that one. 7.5/10
Rusch69 (2:59-3:10) Deja vu? I'm sure it was a bitch to land with infernus. 9/10
Cookie (3:11-3:19) It has been landed in similar way before (or maybe in same way). Nice stunt 8/10
Sheikah (3:20-3:26) Another pretty nice stunt. Nice to see some faggio stunt in SA. 8/10
MtS (3:26-3:35) I think it was landed without precision before. Great job landing the top. 9/10
Requiem (3:35-3:47) Looks great. Seems like an hard angle so nicely done. 8.5/10
Rusch69 (3:47-3:58) Gotta be one of my favorites. Just my kind of stunt. I love when people use natural terrains to land a stunt. 9.5/10
Plani (3:58-4:05) I remember some stunt being done there by jeff or someone. It was grab2doublegrind or something. Yours idea was still nice and precision adds some value to the stunt. 9/10
Nauthiluz (4:07-4:20) I don't like tec method but very stylish stunt. 9/10
FLeX (4:20-4:27) Very smart way to land the building. 9/10
Jeff (4:27-4:33) It was quite good. 8/10
PrzemOO (4:34-4:43) Tec method again, nice stunt again. 8.5/10
Rusch69 (4:43-4:51) One of my favorites again. Lovely rotation, smart wallride. 9.5/10
Jeff (4:51-4:55) I like the building you ended up on. It's not being landed all that often. Nice one. 8/10
Artifex (4:55-5:02) Pretty big boat stunt. 8/10
Kai (5:09-5:15) One of the best stunt I have ever seen from you, Kai. Really sweet. 9.5/10
PrzemOO (5:15-5:19) Lilj lost it If I remember corectly. That's a very smart stunt. 9/10
Franco (5:20-5:29) As much as I don't like p2b2grinds, this one was really cool. Mainly because of rotation. 8.5/10
*TurBo (5:29-5:38) The precision at the end made it. 8.9/10
PrzemOO (5:38-5:44) I think it's old (?). Still nice p2b. 8/10
Ktulu (5:44-5:52) There were better stunt done with those stairs. But still pretty nice stunt. 7.5/10
PrzemOO (5:52-6:09) I don't get what just happend there but I'll give it 9.5/10

Scene: Nice scene between the parts but honestly "bitches" was out of place.

Main part 2:

MtS (6:54-7:15) That's a long wallride right there. 9/10
Rusch69 (7:15-7:26) Similar stunt has been done there before but you didn't need packer thanks to some niceass run up. Great job on both finding and landing it. 9/10
Ktulu & Nauthiluz (7:26-7:34) I can't boost but I suppose it was difficult. It's good looking too. 9/10
Requiem (7:34-7:45) It looks rather random to be honest. 7.5/10
Kai (7:46-7:54) Quite nice quad stunt. 7.5/10
PrzemOO (7:54-7:58) Nice to see some p2doublebump. 8/10
Rusch69 (7:58-8:04) Well you most certainly can land palms. It was great. 8.5/10
Artifex (8:04-8:15) Looks like a pretty cool boost. 8/10
JustCaus3 (8:15-8:23) Sylish cork! Nice mtb stunt. 8/10
Jeff (8:23-8:40) Haha that was damn funny. Smart too! 9/10
Cookie (8:40-8:47) Angle looks bitchy. 9/10
Rusch69 (8:47-8:53) The other stunt in this area was better but still nice one. 8.5/10
Plani (8:53-9:06) That's some sick shit Plani. 9.5/10
Cookie (9:06-9:19) Great one. 9/10
Jeff (9:19-9:39) Great editing on this one. Has to be one of the biggest grind combos ever not the most impressive one tho. 8.5/10
Franco (9:39-9:49) Sick rotation. Without it the stunt would be pretty plain but that way it's great. 9/10
PrzemOO (9:49-9:58) Yet another hard angle. It's also nice to see that building landed yet another way. Good job landing that. 8.5/10
Ktulu (9:58-10:03) I'm pretty sure it's old, could be modded tho. Nice infernus stunt. 8.5/10
Rusch69 (10:03-10:12) Fun combo. Nice found. 8/10
*PrzemOO (10:12-10:20) One of the best one's too. Really awesome stunt. 9.5/10
Requiem (10:21-10:27) Best way to land it no doubt. Huge distance. 9.5/10
Nauthiluz (10:28-10:48) It's pretty big stunt but the fact that similar stunts were done before by Raekwon and few others makes it a little less impessive. Sill, I can understand why you choose it as finisher. 9/10

Outro: That's something new. I prefer seeing stunts in outro but I guess you were out of those after 2 parts. Really stylish thing.

Overall: Legendary video. Some of the best stunting I have ever seen. A few fillers but overall totally awesome job. Prezm and Rusch stood out but everyone had some nice stunts. Editing was superb. I was afraid you'd overedit it but you didn't. I loved music chocies and well put effects like those grey pannels. Top notch stuff.

SSU Haze - full Review by: PetarHD

Intro: Great work on editing it, I bet it was hard to mask it all properly. I really liked the additional scenes you added, you're getting really good at scripting. I'm glad I could help out as much as I could. The only negative aspect is the voice acting, it just seemed so unneeded and unprofessional, as I predicted it would be. 9/10

Main part 1:

PrzemOO (2:31-2:42): Out to a flying start! Really nice infy find and a smooth gap landing. 9/10
Requiem (2:43-2:49): I've never been a real fan of quad stunts but you made this one look pretty cool, especially with the "struggling" to stay on the landing. 8/10
Artifex (2:50-2:59): Turismo stunts aren't common at all, nice to see one! Seems like impressive distance from the given cam angle. 8.5/10
Rusch69 (2:59-3:10): I knew you'd one day try to land that with a infy as well. Really nice execution and I know from personal experience that those tiny houses at the beach are a fucking pain to land on with a car. 9.5/10
Cookie (3:11-3:19): Interesting bb top stunt, seems like a tough angle on it. 8.5/10
Sheikah (3:20-3:26): Not really diggin this one, though I assume it had its degree of difficulty as it's a pizzaboy stunt. I still feel your contribution in Orion was more fancy. 7.5/10
MtS (3:26-3:35): Yet 'nother way to land that precision, nice job. It didn't have a 'wow' factor for me, though, because it was obvious you were gonna land it. Still props! 8/10
Requiem (3:35-3:47): Now THAT was a real surprising landing and, even though I doubt you were trying to land that tiny part, I still really loved it. 9.5/10
Rusch69 (3:47-3:58): Ah I recall you showing me this a few years ago. Magnificent use of the terrain and I'm glad to see you finally landing it. One of my favs from this video 10/10
Plani (3:58-4:05): You showed this one off to me before, it's a great idea. 8/10
Nauthiluz (4:07-4:20): Well, fucking amazing mtb combo, could even match up to Ktulu's mtb stunt from Presentiment. You just kept going and going and I really didn't expect you to grind it in the end. 10/10
FLeX (4:20-4:27): A really, really nice find, I seriously thought that there's no more new ways to land this yellow building :P A really sweet gap involved as well. 9/10
Jeff (4:27-4:33): Great tank bump right there, I'm sad that you forgot about already sending it to my collab tho'. 9/10
PrzemOO (4:34-4:43): Great combo right there... nothing more to say really. 8.5/10
Rusch69 (4:43-4:51): Yet another curious spot as I'm used to seeing from ya. The spins really made it look sweet. 8/10
Jeff (4:51-4:55): Same sadface as at your tankbump, but well, the p2b is great! 8/10
Artifex (4:55-5:02): Pretty nice boat combo there, I liked the execution. 8.5/10
Kai (5:09-5:15): Finally you combine your creative ideas into something I'd actually call amazing. Probably your best stunt ever. 10/10
PrzemOO (5:15-5:19): I love stunts like this with swirling backbumps ... so yeah. Great execution. 9/10
Franco (5:20-5:29): You're really into grinds now huh? I dig. Pretty stylish p2b2grind! 8/10
TurBo (5:29-5:38): A fairly simple combo with a slowish first grind, but I like how you added a lot of elements into it. It really made up for the somewhat lacking execution. 8.5/10
PrzemOO (5:38-5:44): Kudos for landing the higher part of that building, a nice and smooth p2b. 9/10
Ktulu (5:44-5:52): Nice and vertical bump right there, Omar. :euro: 8.5/10
PrzemOO (5:52-6:09): Well yeah, it scores massive points for being something I never even imagined, let alone seen before. 10/10

Scene: Once again, the only complaint was the voicing, but everything else about how you took advantage of my additional opcodes was great, including the masking. 9/10

Main part 2:

MtS (6:54-7:15): An opener that really matches the song's introductory pace, a really stunning combo as well. I wasn't too keen of the long time it took to straighten out on the landing but other than that, epic. 9.5/10
Rusch69 (7:15-7:26): Once again, as usual, great usage of the terrain. 8.5/10
Ktulu & Nauthiluz (7:26-7:34): Taxi precisions are stuff that both of you are very skilled at, and this is just another pointer of that. 9/10
Requiem (7:34-7:45): How great that you landed it to the highest "part". Stylish infy stunt right there. 8/10
Kai (7:46-7:54): Not that impressed by it (read my above comment on quad stunts). 6.5/10
PrzemOO (7:54-7:58): Whoa, another good looking p2b from you. 8.5/10
Rusch69 (7:58-8:04): Lost it as a spot. Great execution there. 9/10
Artifex (8:04-8:15): Seems like a real hard taxi stunt because of the angle. Good job. 9/10
JustCaus3 (8:15-8:23): Very nice and cleanly executed mtb combo, every video should have one of those. 8.5/10
Jeff (8:23-8:40): Well yeah, that was above amazing. Another one of my favourite stunts in the video, just shows off how creative of a mind you got. 10/10
Cookie (8:40-8:47): Quite nice bump to precision, the camera angle made it a real surprise for me (since I wasn't sure what you were gonna land). 8/10
Rusch69 (8:47-8:53): Another good usage of the map, I'm not that impressed by it since it's a spot of fairly small proportion, but still, my compliments. 8/10
Plani (8:53-9:06): Fucking amazing stoppie to grind combos - the things you're obviously best at. 10/10
Cookie (9:06-9:19): Well thought of and really good grind combo. 9/10
Jeff (9:19-9:39): Not that fancied by it but it was obviously a handful to land. 8.5/10
Franco (9:39-9:49): As I said above, you really like grinds now huh? Kind of surprising not to see an iBSM from you. (:ozzim:) The execution was pretty cool. 8.5/10
PrzemOO (9:49-9:58): Great infernus stunt, you're still one of the best at those. 9/10
Ktulu (9:58-10:03): Really awesome! I think it's new from this approach. 9.5/10
Rusch69 (10:03-10:12): Well yeah, fuckiing amazing. Another one of my favourites, no need for further comments. 10/10
PrzemOO (10:12-10:20): A good idea, not that special but I liked it. 8/10
Requiem (10:21-10:27): MASSIVE p2b to precision, great job. It'd probably fit more as finisher. 9.5/10
Nauthiluz (10:28-10:48): Obviously a really huge taxi backboost to tree precision, but I think there were better choices for a finisher, since the element of surprise (unlike the 1st part finisher) wasn't there at all for me. Still I know this is a very, very, VERY hard stunt so I can't skip complimenting it. 9.5/10

Outro: The font was a little plain but the work on it was great. Thanks for the shoutout. 9/10

Intro was great, good idea and you embody it well. It was interesting and not boring.
After each stunt I said 'cool.' Nearly every stunt was owned. Very surprised by the finisher of the first part, on the boat.

Even though i have already seen the majority of these stunts/the video 5+ times now it still amazes me. I think its the SSU video (imo). Everyone had great stunts throughout and the editing really complimented them.

That was a fucking awesome video. Most stunts were jaw-dropping & the editing was well made, I can't really describe the standouts since all was pretty nice. Thanks for the nice feedback people, we really appreciate it. Wonderful video, SSU. If I get time I will write a full review later.

Second part better. Edit really great. Storyline interesting! Weird voice accent, wasn't that Kai? First part music shit, second part music average. Amazing stunts. Favorite by Artifex, FLeX, jeff and Nauthiluz (and the prefinisher, don't remember the stunter). Few of the stunts seemed like fillers for me. Best SSU video so far. Overall rating 9,5/10 for me, because of the music. A good video needs good music :(

I guess it's kinda nice. The title now makes some sense :) That part of every member coming out of the police department was a bit long though. And not very interesting. Would have been interesting if Mr. Testa drove out as a final guy :o

Main part 1:

PrzemOO (2:31-2:42) Epic stunt. I didn't know what to expect when I saw that building in the build-up. Was a pleasant suprise! 9/10
Requiem (2:43-2:49) Don't really like quad stunts but it I guess it was pretty hard and annoying to try =3 8.5/10
Artifex (2:50-2:59) Spot seems kinda obvious but you did a nice and clean execution which made the stunts more appealing. 8.5/10
Rusch69 (2:59-3:10) The first thing I noticed is that you didn't knew which way you should rotate too :lol: You start of going left, then go right and then go left again :P Sick precision. Must be damn hard D: 9/10
Cookie (3:11-3:19) Don't really like it. Although I like BB precisions this one just seems so... dunno :( 7.5/10
Sheikah (3:20-3:26) PIZZABOY! :a-cheer: Nice one! 8/10
MtS (3:26-3:35) Tried that for a long time. Well known spot. Landing the precision doesn't really "add" something to it. Still, great one! 9/10
Requiem (3:35-3:47) GOTTA TRY IT.. HAVE TO TRY IT! D: Didn't like how you landed it but the stunt is sweet! That part in the music makes it even better looking! 9.5/10

MtS (6:54-7:15) WOOT! Gonna give that a go aswell! Great one. The way you landed the precision with that breakdance nose move thing was nice aswell! 10/10

Ktulu & Nauthiluz (7:26-7:34) I like I like :D 9.5/10

That ledge is thicker at the beginning, so you can't really perform such a bike-stuck-on-ledge-grind. I somehow had to pass that part to get into a proper grind later on, so it had to be a little sloppy. I've done it with a slightly better grind aswell, but those spins off from the bonk just made me picking this execution. But I didn't touch the ground at all ^^

I've used some soft contrast which includes a slight diffusion on black objects. I guess it is just that intense and noticeable in the desert area cuz there aren't much black objects.

For those who think that the finisher is old. It's not, Raekwon did a similar stunt before. Nauthi boosted somewhere else and landed the very highest tree at that lake. I guess it wasn't too surprising during watching though. Ktulu's ball bump is basically also still new. Baseline did it from the further ramp, but modded it.

And whole SSU offically wants to thank Rusch for providing shitloads of spots for dem crew mates. Guess why this video is so awesome... :ninja:

Mr.Testa, Lizardman and Clifton Brown are actually some references in case you didn't notice.

Also does even anyone want the 1080p one? I mean everyone saw the video already and I guess 720p is just fine eh? Earliest day I could provide it would be tuesday/wednesday as I'll probably be busy tomorrow. :X

I think the intro was pretty cool, decent voice acting but a fun story and good to see something with a scripted intro again. Liked how you used this whole haze thing throughout the video (like with the second part intro). Also liked how the Haze text actually got more visible to read when the screen got more hazy, if you get what I mean.

Main part 1:

PrzemOO (2:31-2:42) Great way to break the ice, really sick looking stunt and I love tight gaps.
Requiem (2:43-2:49) Neat stuff for a quad, nothing major though
Artifex (2:50-2:59) I just love watergaps, nice to see this done with a Turismo as well.
Rusch69 (2:59-3:10) First in NRG, now in infernus huh? :P I really liked how it felt like you weren't gonna reach it until you flipped the car and bonked.
Cookie (3:11-3:19) Nice find, I liked how the road kind of helped you bump there. Flawless execution as well.
Sheikah (3:20-3:26) Looks okay, you don't see a lot of pizzaboy stuff so that was nice. Too bad you couldn't stick your front wheel up on that little part as well.
MtS (3:26-3:35) Nice double bump to precision, another flawless execution, looks really good.
Requiem (3:35-3:47) Weird angle and not exactly the place I'd expected you to land, but that makes it even better. Cool stuff.
Rusch69 (3:47-3:58) Ha, so you managed to get this one finally, I remember you showing this ages back. Couldn't have done it any better way, just perfect.
Plani (3:58-4:05) This is the stuff I like, looks sexy.
Nauthiluz (4:07-4:20) Yes! Awesome MTB stuff! This is the stuff I like even more, keep hopping and twisting :D
FLeX (4:20-4:27) This one really surprised me, how the heck did you figure that one out? Seriously good looking stunt.
Jeff (4:27-4:33) The good stuff just keeps on coming, yet another amazing stunt. Wonder how nobody thought of this before, so good looking.
PrzemOO (4:34-4:43) I have a weird feeling I saw this somewhere before, but like I said I love MTB hopping combos and this is one so who cares.
Rusch69 (4:43-4:51) This stunt blew me away personally, great find, great thought, great execution. One of the best stunts in this video.
Jeff (4:51-4:55) Pretty cool, nothing too special though.
Artifex (4:55-5:02) Yay boat stunt, nice find as they are kind of rare.
Kai (5:09-5:15) This one surprised me a lot, good thinking and landing that prec made it sooo much better.
PrzemOO (5:15-5:19) Another lovely little tricky stunt, looks real technical and I like it a lot.
Franco (5:20-5:29) This one looks like so much fun to try, but I guess that was because you executed it to near perfection. Love the clean bump, spin and landing on the grind.
*TurBo (5:29-5:38) At first I was like :unsure: then I was like :hmm: then I was like :o and in the end I was like :cheernuts:
PrzemOO (5:38-5:44) Nice p2b, didn't think you were gonna land the top so that was a pleasant surprise as well.
Ktulu (5:44-5:52) Looks really good for some reason, nice job landing that higher part.
PrzemOO (5:52-6:09) Haha I remember this from the SAMP days. Looks really good with that "wallride" up the hill, nice stuff.

Scene:
Like I said at the intro part, really liked how this fitted to the rest of the story and how you cleared out the haze and such, that got me extra excited for what was about to come.

Main part 2:

MtS (6:54-7:15) Good job finding another wallride there, looked really good with that high speed and it was nice to see you stop on the prec as well, just as expected.
Rusch69 (7:15-7:26) Nice NRG combo run, looks really sexy with all the bumps and jumps.
Ktulu & Nauthiluz (7:26-7:34) Nice little cabbie boost, big plus for landing the prec both of you, that is what makes the difference.
Requiem (7:34-7:45) Another great stunt and great execution, and once again with a cool tricky runup. Looks really stylish.
Kai (7:46-7:54) Pretty cool, looks though to stay on with a quad and that speed. Liked how there was train passing in the background as well (as if it was a little hint to your other stunt :P)
PrzemOO (7:54-7:58) Really nice, at first I didn't know what to expect and then when you bumped that 2nd hill I instantly loved it. Looks so good.
Rusch69 (7:58-8:04) Nice backbump to prec, the spin made this stunt better as well.
Artifex (8:04-8:15) Now this is a cool cabbie boost, nice thinking and neat landing.
JustCaus3 (8:15-8:23) Looks pretty weird, yet pretty cool at the same time and of course +1 for MTB
Jeff (8:23-8:40) This got me saying "wtf" out loud haha. Such a weird little stunt, but the weirdness is what makes it so awesome.
Cookie (8:40-8:47) Pretty straight forward, but that isn't a bad thing, it just wasn't that special either. Looks like the angle is a bit annoying though and hard to stay on the prec so good job nonetheless.
Rusch69 (8:47-8:53) You crazy combo addict, nice little stunt.
Plani (8:53-9:06) Looks a bit sloppy but at the same time it looks good as well and you never know what to expect when it comes to you. :P
Cookie (9:06-9:19) When I saw the beginning of this stunt I was like: huh what the heck is left here to do? But then when I saw the entire stunt I was dumbfounded, so obvious yet so not obvious. Good execution too.
Jeff (9:19-9:39) I'm not the biggest fan of just driving a car onto some sort of grind, but I gotta give it up for you holding it straight all the way till the end, that was sick.
Franco (9:39-9:49) When you were in mid-air I thought to myself you probably have to make a stoppie if this stunt wants to end up being something, I just see how you could pull it off. But then the stunt progresses and all I can say is, sick. Just perfect with the spin into the stoppie. Real quality job.
PrzemOO (9:49-9:58) Another good looking infernus double bump, I like how the entire stunt looks.
Ktulu (9:58-10:03) The surprise element is gone on this one and even though that isn't your fault it just makes it a lot less impressive than it really is. Still good job though and it still looks good.
Rusch69 (10:03-10:12) Haha, good find. Nice with the ramps and such and finished off with a prec as it should be done.
*PrzemOO (10:12-10:20) Had a feeling this one is old as well, though again that could be me (I had this spot in mind before). And even if it's old it's still landed really good, would've been better with a krail though (if possible?)
Requiem (10:21-10:27) Great find, I love seeing this thing landed it this one looks just like how I want to see them.
Nauthiluz (10:28-10:48) All I want to know is; where do you people find the patience to try stuff like this? This is near insanity o_O

Outro:
Nice little outro, hurray for drum and bass. :P

Editing:
The editing was really good, the overall look of the video gave me this feeling you get when watching certain San Andreas videos that you know when you are watching them they will be an instant classic. Top job on the editing, couldn't have done it any better.

Overall:
You guys absolutely killed it, when watching it for the second time I noticed something. Nearly every stunt is landed at an area that is pretty much raped to death and yet somehow you people find the most crazy weird stuff and make it feel like those areas are entirely new areas. A lot of out-of-the-box stunts in here combined with your basic everyday stunting, perfect executions (seriously, all of you) and classic editing made this video near absolute perfection. I think you all deserve to be proud of what you created here.
