you could have just tried... anyway that will also install cleo if i remember correctly, so you don't need cleo installed

hum that's odd... try installing the plugin with a newer version of cleo or something  :hmm:

im using cleo3, 3.0.950 version. it's not the newest I think, but it works fine with the plugin so maybe you should try it out

anyway i found it on a site with a weird language and it was kinda hard to find it, so since im a nice guy i downloaded it and uploaded on a better site just for you, how lovely am I?

EDIT: Just noticed, in cleo3 foldeer theres a vorbisfile.dll and vorbisfilehooked.dll should I replace those with the current ones?

those are CLEO4 files I believe, and if your using cleo3 that might be the reason why your samp is crashing, try deleting them, but backup them cause i'm not really sure

hum don't know if this is whats causing that problem but, you must select the GTA San Andreas folder not the gta_sa.exe
