Ohai, my SA don't feel like work today.. I click to open and nothing happen  :|

You're having the same problem I did a week ago and when I finally got it fixed, other stuff didn't feel like working. I think it could be a problem that'll solve itself with time, so try not to open it
for a few days (and don't change anything), if it isn't fixed by then, try some of my files.

I had the same problem some time ago. Its easy to fix it. Just reinstall your whole SA. I know its much work but i always did that and my SA works perfectly then.

Delete gta_sa.set in GTA SA User Files.
