Perfect Dawn

As the title suggests, this CC works best on dawn, it can also be used for dusk & night time for both VC & SA & even daytime for VC. I'm asking 40 credits for it, I worked on it for good 5 hours, so don't assume that it's jsut an effortless use of plugins.


Perequisites: NewBlue looks, Newblue ghost, Magic Bullet editors.
