Title: [VC]Daffy & MaCi - Plague

So'uh...I had been working on a solo for quite a while now but it ended up being too time consuming and kept me from other projects I wanted to do.
MaCi had a good number of stunts too so I suggested a duo and here's the result.
It's been one and a half year since I've edited anything so I'm kinda rusty, all the issues and bugs Vegas 10 has made this tougher than necessary since I wanted to do more but I guess I'll have to step (higher) up for the next video.
Thanks a lot to MaCi for agreeing to do this and his motivating spirit which made this a blast  :cc_detective:
EDIT: Simon/Darkstar had also done the double ledgegrind at 1:45 but he bailed it at the end, I was supposed to include it in the credits or something but I forgot to since it was quite a while ago, so sorry Simon...

Editing: it was really great, not my type of music but it wasnt that annoying, great effects and angles, some where a bit unsynced, but still i guess it was caused while rendering, love your editing man, had a blast watching this


Stunts:
0:10 - 0:19 (Daffy) - damn sick !, great distance and high from such a bump, good job on landing it
0:20 - 0:30 (MaCi) - amazing fast grind, loved it
0:31 - 0:40 (Daffy) - how epic, that grind looked just so amazing, great one here
0:41 - 0:48 (Daffy) - thats a really nice find, the first grind could of been better but still amazing
0:49 - 0:55 (MaCi) - that was just brilliant !, great stunt here, looks really nice !
0:56 - 1:04 (Daffy) - wow, amazing, loved this one right here
1:05 - 1:12 (MaCi) - freakin love this, great grind !
1:13 - 1:21 (Daffy) - what a mindblowing idea !, thats really sexy
1:22 - 1:29 (Daffy) - huuuuuuge air D:, good job on landing it, great one
1:30 - 1:42 (MaCi) - haha,that was brilliant, loved it
1:43 - 1:54 (Daffy) - wow, probably my favorite stunt in this video, just omg, how amazing, good job on it

well yes this video was very good! Daffy had great natural bump ideas which impressed me at most. Maci was good too but the p2b at 2:35 looked strange. WHATEVER! great job guys!  :happy:

One hell of a duo, really liked it however I lost Daffy's precision at 0:58 but I don't really care, your execution was perfect. :ajaja: Loved every stunt in this, the natbumps impressed me a lot. Good job both. :ajaja:

I gotta say I had seen most of the stunts already. But it was great to see them with a cool edit, even though the song wasn't my taste. And Daffy all the stunts you hadn't showed me, I was trying them myself. Like that double grind at the military base. Though I think it can be done better  :hmm: But great job on it anyway :D And MaCi you were great, you and your little BIG stunts. And the small ones. IT was just a lovely watch. though the song, was kind of bad P

btw Daffy,you didn't remember our agreement for that double ledgegrind  :(

Oh my god, must be one of the best duos in stunting history, stunting wise at least. Two of my favorite guys from WH doing stylish, creative and impressive stunts :wub:

Editing was really cool, only thing I didn't like was "the end" at the end, that always looks stupid imo
Song was alright, though I probably would have liked this video more with something funkier and less... brutal?

Editing: It was annoying sometimes to be honest, because of those pan/crops, but overall it was okay.

Soundtrack: wasn't my cup of tea, but I guess it's fine.

Stunts:
0:10 - 0:19 (Daffy) - Sick, never thought of that honestly, I thought there isn't any spots left to land that roof. Great choice for opener. 10/10
0:20 - 0:30 (MaCi) - First I thought you gonna land the bb, or even bonk it, but oh well. Nicely executed. 8.5/10
0:31 - 0:40 (Daffy) - Nice one, can't say more 8/10
0:41 - 0:48 (Daffy) - I can't believe this wasn't landed before, it's so obvious. Great execution yet again. 9/10
0:49 - 0:55 (MaCi) - The stoppie could have been better, but the idea was insane. 9.5/10
0:56 - 1:04 (Daffy) - Finally. Even myself bailed/edged it million times, however it's possible without rads. Still props for landing it 7/10
1:05 - 1:12 (MaCi) - Great one 7/10
1:13 - 1:21 (Daffy) - I was thinking of grinding that ledge like 2 days ago, and didn't think about this, just amazing execution. 9/10
1:22 - 1:29 (Daffy) - Hated the cam angle changes, but that's amazing. 9.5/10
1:30 - 1:42 (MaCi) - Ok one. Good filler. 7/10
1:43 - 1:54 (Daffy) - One of my favourite stunts in this video, simply amazing execution 10/10
1:55 - 2:07 (Daffy) - Nice find, nicely performed! 8/10
2:08 - 2:16 (Daffy) - Nice to see this landed too, amazing. 10/10 also the only car stunt in the video.
2:17 - 2:33 (Daffy) - That looked like a filler too, nice one but would have been better in an outro or something. 6/10
2:34 - 2:41 (MaCi) - Sick p2b, Noah lost this I guess.
2:42 - 2:51 (Daffy) - Sick highbump yet again. Liked the landing too. 9/10
2:59 - 3:11 (Daffy) - One of the best dropbumps ever landed, simply amazing. 10/10
3:12 - 3:24 (MaCi) - Have been trying this for a year or so, never really got close because the bump isn't my kind, but I still believe it's impossible. Not gonna rate it sorry.

Overall: Great mixture of natural stunts, grinds, and high air p2b's, as I mentioned before, collab of the year for me if I ignore maci's p2b's 10/10

0:41 - 0:48 (Daffy) - I was trying that before, couldn't get any close attempt. Good to see it landed. 10/10
0:49 - 0:55 (MaCi) - Epic triple ledge grind is epic 9/10
0:56 - 1:04 (Daffy) - that prec is a bitch, i've been trying that for days or maybe weeks. GJ landing it 10/10
1:05 - 1:12 (MaCi) - I think Discovery made something similar to this, looks kinda strange, gotta see it relanded 7/10

Holy shit, that was the best vid I've seen this year and one of the bests ever, every stunt was simply a finisher material, and beyond.
Sick stunts in every way, the grinds[sickest grind combos, only barney would be one I'd say can match these] and the highairs were unbelievable. The none PCJ stunts were amazing in any way, technical and stylish.
And the cabbie boost to the crane's precision by Daffy was my best and hardest VC spot ever which I bailed so many times, kudos.

This was totally awesome guys! Daffy, this is the exact reason why you are my favourite stunter. You seem to have such a balanced way of landing not only bigair stuff, but sick doublegrinds and combos as well, keep on rocking man.
Also, not forgetting MaCi's stuff it was incredible as well. I lost the 2:35 spot and I stopped trying it because I was sure it wasn't possible. :3 lol

Also the editing was alright, but I think you did a bit too much of camera changes at times, though nothing that drags it down much. The song wasn't to my liking though, but that's just my musictaste. :)

D-First Bump tight as hell. Good idea
M-slant kiss bump spin to grind (over Starview sign  :mellow:) to fakie. Sick
D-LC ramp 2 grind.....I've seen this elsewhere slightly different. Nice solid grind to the end.
D-Roof drop grind 2 grind. Hell yea. Tasty. Now is someone gonna try to add a spin in the middle?
M-Stylish dude. Triple slanted ledge grinds. Up down up down, up down. nice nice nice.
D-can i get a FUCK YEA. I remember trying this back in the day. Glad to see it done  :jajaja:
M-Nat bump to ledge grind. Always look good.
D-Nice use of that grassy transition. Great job at pulling a cork 2 out of your grASS on that one  :lol:
D-This is a hate love one. Only hate is that why didn't i see that! Great stunt man. Loved the landing too right on the side. parallel to the wall. Good profile shot!

D-This is probably my fave stunt so far. Good fuckin find. Love those hidden grind spots. You like that bridge man. Its where you would live if you were a hobo in LC!
D-Takin that spot to the next level. Tight. I was just lookin at that area too. Nicely done.
D-good use out of those columns. Good to put in some variety in there.
M-Nice p2b. Loved the landing. Its one of those....ooooh shit.......wtf, 360 bounce! YEA
D-Great bump 2 ledge landing.

D-Thought it was going to be that other drop bump to roof with big slanted indented wall  :lol: but just to another big roof. Nice drop bump.
M-Nice p2b obvsiouly :P (this was the only stunt i had trouble seeing on. He bumped the AC I think, had to go back and pause)

Editing, music, etc all that taste. Stunts were great. Just had trouble seeing the last one, other than that gripe. Excellent video.

First of all: Daffy, what happened with your cam angles? they were all pretty bad, and the fact that you changed them so many times didn't helped either...
Well, at least the stunts were crazy-good, I mainly enjoyed Daffy's stunts but Maci had some great stuff too. Song is horrible but fun. :P

This deserves a full review because you simply put out the best entertainment in stunting there is IMO. Once again another quality vid from you (Daffy) and WH (seeing it's with MaCi :P)

Editing: I'm no editing expert so for me it was enjoyable and it looked good. Just another quality Daffy production.

Stunts:
0:10 - 0:19 (Daffy) - Stunts like these make you my favorite. Great pick for an opener as well, such a smart find. One of my favorites and that right from the get go.
0:20 - 0:30 (MaCi) - Looks like a tough one because of the high drop and the visual barrier. Another cool find at an overwhored area, good job.
0:31 - 0:40 (Daffy) - The spin makes this stunt, it brought some action to an otherwise dull stunt. Liked how you finished the grind as well, seems like you knew what you were doing. (perhaps bailed it before because of that pole? :P)
0:41 - 0:48 (Daffy) - Okay double grind, nothing special and nothing bad. Maybe the first could've been a bit cleaner.
0:49 - 0:55 (MaCi) - Good idea, too bad the stoppie was a bit meh because the triple grind was rather coolio.
0:56 - 1:04 (Daffy) - Found this as well, good job landing it. Looks perfect, another one of my favorites.
1:05 - 1:12 (MaCi) - Looks like a bitch to grind, so good job on that.
1:13 - 1:21 (Daffy) - Same goes for this stunt, must've been a pain in the ass. Nice spin too.
1:22 - 1:29 (Daffy) - I'm loving these natural stunts of yours, another great looking stunt with another perfect execution.
1:30 - 1:42 (MaCi) - Looks like you had too much speed, cool spot but with a little less speed it might have looked a bit neater. Still good nonetheless.
1:43 - 1:54 (Daffy) - Brilliant! How come I've never thought of this. Simply awesome, the speed, the drift, the grind and the gap.
1:55 - 2:07 (Daffy) - So you managed to land it huh, good job. Looks just as good as I thought it would.
2:08 - 2:16 (Daffy) - And another spot I've lost (with a lot of other people I guess). Been waiting to see this landed for ages. Once again another perfect execution so once again another perfect stunt.
2:17 - 2:33 (Daffy) - I really liked this one, real smart. Good job using the Freeplay angle to hide the second freeway, it added a nice element of surprise. I also liked how the freeway fit perfectly on there.
2:34 - 2:41 (MaCi) - Hooooooooooooly shiiiiiiiiiiit, is what I thought all the way through the air time. This is what defines WH for me, you just keep raising the limits of my imagination on what is possible. Looks so epicly big.
2:42 - 2:51 (Daffy) - Another great nat, another great bitch stunt (at least it looks like a bitch to bump).
2:59 - 3:11 (Daffy) - I knew you were the one to land this, who else? :P Good stuff.
3:12 - 3:24 (MaCi) - Wooo, I've been trying it from the higher bump on the right and I thought but never tried the side p2b. I think it's poss and I think you did a great job landing that. (Daffy's p2b from Neuralgia still beats this though :x)

Overall: 9/10; this is to me the definition of stunting. Daffy proved himself once again to be one of the best if not the best in this game and MaCi was a nice surprise but fits in perfectly with the big boys. Thanks for this video guys, it was a blast to watch.

Stunts:
0:15 - 0:19: Perfect Opener. When i had seen that Spot i wouldn´t be able to land it naturally.
0:19 - 0:30: Epic Ramp2Grind. I thought Maci would land that BB.
0:30 - 0:40: Sicker than Sick. That Bump after the Ramp was unexpected.
0:40 - 0:48: That DoubleGrind really impresed me.
0:48 - 0:55: WOW! That must be the first Stoppie2TripleGrind in the GTAS History ever i think.
0:55 - 1:04: I never thought that that piece of Wall is bumpable. (Tried it hundreds of times)
1:04 - 1:13: When i saw that Stunt landed by Discovery some time ago, i was really impresed, but that was undiscribable.
1:13 - 1:21: OK. Its clear to me now. You are the sickest GrinderStunter.
1:21 - 1:30: WTF! I didn´t see that bump coming.
1:30 - 1:42: Another unexpected turn of a Stunt.
1:42 - 1:54: That Grind after the first Grind was somehow self-evident i think.
1:54 - 2:07: There was a grindable col? Great Stunt.
2:07 - 2:16: Was in an Video with Bails from Hedgehog. It is good to see this landed.
2:16 - 2:35: you need 1000000000000000 tries for that Stunt i think. But it looks so damn Creative.
2:35 - 2:42: Sickest landing ever from that Spot.
2:42 - 2:50: Landed by Wilzzyyy and DJMarchello some time ago. The naturally Way looks way harder.
2:50 - 3:10: Amazing is the Word for that.
3:10 - 3:20: OMG!!!! That Roof was landed by Bluster and Barney. But that Way was the best for me.

Outro:
3:20 - 3:25: Great rounding off the Video with that Border.

Overall:
Daffy and Maci. I ever known that you both are that sick and great at stunting, but that was over the limit even overshot.
The Song was great choosen, even the Feeling and the Edting fitted perfect.

Review of Daffy & MaCi's - Plague by: Edgar

Editing: I missed this simple yet effective and clean editing. Awesome job. The cam angles could have been more suitable, but I don't mind actually.


Stunts:
0:10 - 0:19 (Daffy) - Perfect choice for an opener and probably the best looking way to land that building.
0:20 - 0:30 (MaCi) - Hehe, was trying it before, but from the other side. Was expecting you to bonk the billboard and land on the grind. :P
0:31 - 0:40 (Daffy) - Cool grind. Loved it's execution.
0:41 - 0:48 (Daffy) - As Simon said, the first grind can look a bit better, but still incredible stunt.
0:49 - 0:55 (MaCi) - Cool stoppie to triple ledgegrind. Too bad these ledges are too short. :(
0:56 - 1:04 (Daffy) - As many, I also was trying it before. One of the most hardcore stunts in the video.
1:05 - 1:12 (MaCi) - MaCi in his style. I know you love these kind of stunts. Also, very good execution dude.
1:13 - 1:21 (Daffy) - Was also trying it before, with freeway instead. Old, hardcore idea and again, perfect execution!
1:22 - 1:29 (Daffy) - Never actually thought of that, awesome stunt!
1:30 - 1:42 (MaCi) - Can't believe I've lost an idea.  I though nobody would have it in mind except me.  :lol:
1:43 - 1:54 (Daffy) - Holy fuck, it just blew me away. Perfect execution and stylish looking stunt. Perfect.
1:55 - 2:07 (Daffy) - Creative idea. Never thought you can perform a grind there. What made it look hard - the speed. I bet the bike was stuck there million times.  :lol:
2:08 - 2:16 (Daffy) - One of the best taxi stunts in LC.
2:17 - 2:33 (Daffy) - The most creative stunt(s) in the video. The landing must have been a bitch.
2:34 - 2:41 (MaCi) - Was trying it a while ago. Thought it's already old, so couldn't be arsed to try it more.
2:42 - 2:51 (Daffy) - Woah, another stunt which blew me away. Never thought it's possible naturally.
2:59 - 3:11 (Daffy) - Again, never thought somebody could land that. Really proves your dedication dude as I also tried it before.
3:12 - 3:24 (MaCi) - Finally. About time it to be landed. And people, don't bitch about it's legitimacy because some other people including me have edged it before.

Overall: 10/10  The best video this year so far.

Loved the video, great job guys :D. The editing was awesome (although it felt like that angle switching transition was a bit of a crutch throughout), and the stunts were mainly pretty damn good. I also landed the finisher, a shame to lose it but fuck it, the video was great. One thing though, is it just me or does the P2B by MaCi at 2:35 look a little floaty? I'm not saying it's definitely modded but honestly it looks a little suspicious, if that's clean good job.

What an awful song... You used to find so catchy Daffy, I miss them.

Beside that the video was awesome, obviously. All the stunts were great and well found. Like that opener for example, I can't believe nobody did this before, same goes all the natural stunts I guess. My favorite was probably that double freeway bump, at first I was like "hey I did it 3 years ago and I thought it was shit" then we all know what happenned, good thinking there.

Editing wise it was alright although I really miss your old style (Aetas, Metro, Innovation...).

Congratz to you both, this video is history now.

Now that was a really sweet vid there guys but the music  :blink: well maybe I'm just old. The lack of stuck vehicles and shitty little precisions was a breath of fresh air. Enjoyed every stunt, mostly the sick grinds you guys did  ;) . Truely an outstanding video.

I had the opportunity to do this duo with Daffy but declined to continue with my own project, can't say I regret that decision because without the high caliber stunts this is just another bland video. Sucks for me to say that because I've enjoyed plenty of your videos in the past but I can understand in that you haven't edited in awhile.

Anyway, I'll focus on what makes this video solid, the stunts.


0:10 - 0:19 (Daffy) - Solid, something I've tried but couldn't really get the right bump. You showed me this so the surprise was gone.
0:20 - 0:30 (MaCi) - Great idea, love seeing new obvious spots landed.
0:31 - 0:40 (Daffy) - Could have gone for the double grind with the higher sign part but a nice execution on a good spot.
0:41 - 0:48 (Daffy) - Showed me this too, thought you would throw a 180-360 in there. Cool idea, could be cooler.
0:49 - 0:55 (MaCi) - I did this naturally but with the grinds facing the other way, I guess it's different enough to use still...
0:56 - 1:04 (Daffy) - Pretty obvious spot that I think most people have at least thought about, nice to see it finally done though.
1:05 - 1:12 (MaCi) - Really nice way to get on that grind, that's how it should have been done originally.
1:13 - 1:21 (Daffy) - Another stunt that relies on execution, you came off a little bit before the end but it's still pretty good.
1:22 - 1:29 (Daffy) - Need to keep my mouth shut on this one. (youknowwhy)
1:30 - 1:42 (MaCi) - Very, very cool spot, everything lined up nicely and the execution was spot on.
1:43 - 1:54 (Daffy) - Probably one of my favourites from the video, so clean.
1:55 - 2:07 (Daffy) - Nice, simple solution to that grind. I've been trying it from a different spot.
2:08 - 2:16 (Daffy) - Showed me this too, not a fan of those half on landings but it was good.
2:17 - 2:33 (Daffy) - Interesting, doesn't do much for me though.
2:34 - 2:41 (MaCi) - Big p2b, eh..
2:42 - 2:51 (Daffy) - Really sick natbump.
2:59 - 3:11 (Daffy) - Everyone has tried that, good job sticking it.
3:12 - 3:24 (MaCi) - Everyone has tried that too, boring but sick I guess.

Overall: Who cares/10

Realy solid video guys! Loved the opener (greatttt bump man, props on that one!), MaCi's first grind (been trying it for a long time, well done), MaCi's stoppie to ledge grind, from the natural terrain (so good man, amazing), Daffy's double ledge grind (not much to be said, sick), loved the last 4 stunts, awesome way to end the video. It was a great duo guys, always loved Daffy's stunts and MaCi is now in my favorites too.

On the editing, I didn't really like the quick angle changes, but it didn't make the video too hard to watch. I actually didn't mind the music, I thought it fit nicely. All up, I'll probably download this now, because it was a damn good watch. Top work guys!

Review of Daffy & MaCi's - Plague by: Streem

Editing: I'm not really the editing guy but as for your standards Daffy it was a little weak I think, you usually create totally new effects for your videos and this one was average, I guess it's all about song.


Stunts:
0:10 - 0:19 (Daffy) - fitting, powerful opener, great to see this roof landed naturally in new way
0:20 - 0:30 (MaCi) - holy shit, that's great, was trying to find a way to grind this rail but all I could think of was bumping a boat :lol:
0:31 - 0:40 (Daffy) - lost it, perfect execution, good job
0:41 - 0:48 (Daffy) - it should've been landed in some better way with some rotation after first grind, still good idea
0:49 - 0:55 (MaCi) - I'm not a big fan of such stunts, setting packer to get on some roof and land the stunt, after all it's solid stunt
0:56 - 1:04 (Daffy) - amazing, great to see it finally landed
1:05 - 1:12 (MaCi) - nice dropbump, you owned this rail :P
1:13 - 1:21 (Daffy) - pretty cool ledge grind, shame that you didn't grind it till the very end as almost all you stunts are executed in best way possible
1:22 - 1:29 (Daffy) - oh my god, it has to be my favorite stunt of this video, THAT'S MADDDD, how long did it take you to land it man ?
1:30 - 1:42 (MaCi) - awesome stunt, was wondering if anyone will be able to find a spot for those ledges :3
1:43 - 1:54 (Daffy) - ... did it just happen? wow
1:55 - 2:07 (Daffy) - at first I though, what the hell can he do there, land the pillar? no.. he's too slow and then boom, the grind appeard from nowhere, I've had no idea that there's a rail :lol:
2:08 - 2:16 (Daffy) - great job on landing it, it's such a pain in the ass to stay there, was trying it for a long time
2:17 - 2:33 (Daffy) - not really my taste but it was fitting the editing
2:34 - 2:41 (MaCi) - so it's possible? finally unmodded version of this stunt
2:42 - 2:51 (Daffy) - this needed to be landed naturally after all those bsm's and psm's, nice
2:59 - 3:11 (Daffy) - wooooow, great drop bump and great roof, top job
3:12 - 3:24 (MaCi) - I never though that such p2b's still do exist, great job on finding it !

Overall: Great video stunting wise, will propably win a lot of awards, brought a lot of memories, thanks for the inspiration guys ! :) 9,3/10

Over a month, getting the angle and the height at the same time was so fucking difficult but when I did it was such a relief.

This video contains too many great stunts. Some of the greatest are getting on the shadows of finisher. I example cant remember every stunt, because there are way too much to remember. This video is monument for stunting.
