Hola hombres, do any of you know good (free) management games ?

I've seen Victoria II, a geopolitical management game lately, it looked amazing to run a whole country during 2 entire century and managing everything but it's not free and unavailable on Macbook.

So yeah, if you could give me a few names of similar games, even if it's managing a football team. I just wanna play an intelligent, interesting game these days  :euro:

I believe this is a good football manager, I'm not really into management games scene though. :P

Hattrick is just AWESOME!
You won't find any better, it is just brilliant!
I've played it back in 2005, then i started it again in 2009, now i have the same team, so if you will need any helps in anything you can ask me. I can tell you every important thing you should know.

Does having multiple choices where you get various outcomes to finally get to the best fitting ending count as intelligent and interesting?
