Title: how to rec in a proper quality with no lag?

ok here's my problem: i want to rec in a medium/high qualiry (any software) but with no lag (sa-mp not sp). and can't do this. i've tryed almost all sa screen configs, but the max fps i got on rec was 25 with lag. try with fraps (cause lag), hypercam( omg LQ).

my pc:
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.2Ghz
RAM: 3Gb
Video Card: Geaforce 7100gs 256Mb

Turn off your Anti Aliasing from the NVidia Control Panel or set it on "Performance".

Now turn the AA on again and record with 12.5 fps (set that in your fraps settings). For samp just set it to Half size.

1nsane when i do that, i dno why but the changes aren't applyed.
