Care to elaborate on your criticism? I don't mind Tyler, the Creator. Some of his stuff is a little too dark for me but the beats are pretty sweet. It's a good gimmick though, I dig the concept.

the beats are hollow and cheap(save for a few), and we finally get to see the cracking of his false public persona
ie
"I'm going to say I don't give a fuck but I spend 15-20 minutes on my album addressing all the people on the internet who have said bad things about us"

and I think the quality and significance of this album is severely decreased by the fact that we had to wait all this time for something that was most likely ready to be released independently months ago. I'm not paying for this shit if it's another fruity-loops sounding pile of garbage. he was signed to a major label and we still got the cheap stock garageband-sounding beats.

Bastard wasn't even that good anyway. Earl is a thousand times better.
