Post by: Eddie on May 09, 2011, 03:26:58 PM: For some reason when i start recording gta with fraps my fps goes to 8 for like 3 minutes, any adive or support here?

If not then maybe reinstall your video drivers.

I mean, my fps goes down to about 7 in reps, dunno why, it didn't happen before :S

Older versions of fraps seemed to work better but did not completely solve it and it still lagged sometimes.
The way i fixed it is to have fraps record/ save the clips to a different hardrive, ofc i dont know how if you only have 1 drive.
