Title: Vice City Sparkgenerator v3
Post by: Reynard The Fox on April 23, 2011, 12:27:00 PM: Hiya some may still know I once made a sparkgenerator in pascal and then in VB6. I've updated the VB6 one and now you can change your sparks while you are in-game!

With this program you can change the appearance of your sparks without loading and unloading your game all the time. When you've found your desired spark you can generate the line and paste it into the particles.cfg.

Don't think it's possible in San Andreas. In SA the particles are loaded from .txd files instead of a configuration file. The VC particles are rendered into the game and SA particles are pre-rendered.

Then download that .DLL file ;) Or instal some .net runtime packages.

Not exactly in-game but you have to alt-tab out of the game. Change the settings and write them to Vice City and then go back into the game.
