Wow, I was JUST trying this last night, though I was experimenting with using a tanker also. I had to set the tank back a little bit from the steps to bump off the edge of it instead of riding up the side, like is usual. I got very close to this, but usually only hit the top edge of that roof.  :)

you can do this without the tank, it's actually pretty easy. but if the point here is to only try it off the tank then that's a completely different story. ;)
