Title: After effects error

Recently i got adobe after effects CS4, and when im gona render its shows me some kind of errors:

I tryed to lower my Ram usage, and stil got the same (Im not usre if i did it right :S )

I thought you guys had something that might help me fix this, something like a render setting (like in vegas) or if it only RAM.

Sounds like its saying you don't have enough RAM, how much do you have ?.

I have 4Gbs.
