Use a sanchez and side p2b it. Tried this with a p2b and nrg in SA a while back, no luck.

Looks hard, but wouldn't be so accurate on the point since the CSM is bent down kind of low. I rather do a vertical side p2b for it. CSM just looks gay.  :)
