Okay first before opening this topic i must say this must sound silly or stupid  :euro:

So here we go, my question is does Wearing a:

Hat-Shirtless-Pants-Shoes & Having a Clean NRG Black Skin & Black Sky Timecyc makes your fps higher?

((STUPIDEST QUESTION BUT JUST ASKING ;O))

Skins do not change your fps in any way. The timecyc does if it has a low draw distance and disables things like certain lights and shadows.
