Title: Can't get MTA v1.1.2 to work

Ive been trying for a wile now to get MTA v1.1.2 to work and im out of ideas now. I only want to use it for the map editor.

I have Windows 7 64-bit
Is that the reason why it won't work ?

so whats the problem? Doesnt it even start or does it show you a message saying something like theres no map editor when you click on map editor ?

Installed on an unmodded gta and it said File Corrupted
Tried on another gta and it said Instruction At Reference Memory ...... Could Not Be Read .......

Ok got it working  ;D
I remember doing this now the first time i installed MTA but it was such a looong time ago i couldn't remember what i did let alone doing it.
