Title: SAiVC Fraps?!!

I really need help with this. I dunno if this is different from SA, but when I record with Fraps, its not smooth and its really laggy (maybe the same thing.) But anyway what setting would I use in game? 1280x728 resolution and 0 draw distance with FL on? Im confused.  :hmm:

I am using Fraps 3.3. I am running Windows 7 Home Premium.

Processor: Intel(R) Core (TM)2 Duo CPU  E8400 @ 3.00GHz 3.00 GHz

64 bit OS

So yea. Im not really good at this stuff so I need your guy's help. I didn't list all of my computer, but if you need anymore details please ask.

have you tried this?: http://www.steve-m.com/downloads/tools/vcdist/ (http://www.steve-m.com/downloads/tools/vcdist/) lower it to around .30, it worked for me.
