You don't need it, the map is unlocked and all the abilities are set to 100%

Do you know whats going on then? I choose new game with it installed, and it crashes right when CJ is seen. I swear this is being fucking retarded...

I don't really know that kind of stuff, anyway uploaded a save after the first mission so you can give it a try
