Dude, how can Mouse1 and Mouse2 can give better rads if they are just the buttons as for example as Num9 and Num6? I don't see any difference of use in them, you can press other buttons the same as them and get the same so called "perfect rads". Some people been using that method for even longer than guys you mentioned, it's just the style and how it's more comfortable for yourself, everything else is just in your head  ;)
Title: Re: Star Wizards
Post by: Ralleee on July 07, 2010, 01:32:58 PM
It's because when you're using num6 and num9 you're using one finger, and with the mouse buttons you're using two. That means you can press the buttons much faster

Which idiot does that?   I think everyone uses one finger for num6 and one for num9, so it's the same as one finger for mouse1 and mouse2.   As for myself I actually use num4(pointing finger) and num9(middlefinger) which is almost the same as pressing mouse buttons.

Explain, how can you press a mouse button faster than any other button? Why is it different than any other? Dude, it's just a button, it depends on your fingers, how fast do you press them, not a different button, it's like saying that pressing Num1 instead of Num2 is faster. Please, explain why can you press it faster than "Enter" for example. Your fingers magically gets faster pressing it or what?  :hmm:
Title: Re: Star Wizards
Post by: Mythic on July 08, 2010, 11:08:09 AM
That's probably because pressing a mouse button is actually a lot less work than pressing a keyboard button and it can be done more quickly, and when it's about pressing both buttons tens/hundreds of times that's when you really see the difference.

I like Ruchy's way to reasonably ask for an explanation and having proper arguments, I like it a lot more than just telling how it's bullshit or useless or a way to cover up modding.

By the way when I was learning RADding with mouse some time ago I tried Daffy's Geronimo finisher for a while with it and then for some reason I tried your AfterShaft finisher and god I got somewhere around ten feets away from the roof you landed, that's when I decided to give it a closer look and thought that it could be worth the time learning it.

Thank you, I'm just trying to understand this thing with intelligence and peace

By a lot less work you mean the time when the button comes "up and down" pressing which is a bit slower? I have no idea if it takes that much presses away.  :hmm:  Teh solution: use flat/laptop style keyboards like http://article.tech-labs.ru/img/article/8726/gembird_kbs_61502_ru_side_view_1.jpg (http://article.tech-labs.ru/img/article/8726/gembird_kbs_61502_ru_side_view_1.jpg) instead of oldschool http://www.wayodd.com/funny-pictures2/funny-pictures-the-leet-keyboard-0UZ.jpg (http://www.wayodd.com/funny-pictures2/funny-pictures-the-leet-keyboard-0UZ.jpg)  :cc_detective:

Actually, if I landed that stunt with a keyboard, why would you need to use other weird (or as people claim - lame) method? I can only see you guys getting more haters with that.

Title: Re: Star Wizards
Post by: Brainkiller on July 08, 2010, 12:04:18 PM
Use mousewheel up and mousewheel down, much much faster.

Though I don't and have never mouse radded, but if button pressing speed is the key then mwheel up and down is obviously the fastest.

Yes, that's my point. Might be wrong but it's the only difference I can think of between using the mouse and the keyboard.

Actually, if I landed that stunt with a keyboard, why would you need to use other weird (or as people claim - lame) method? I can only see you guys getting more haters with that.
That stunt was just an example, you can use keyboard too of course... There are also stunts that may require mouse radding because of it's speed gain and stunts that require mouse radding because of it's ability to make bumps facing north easier to bump.

Of course you don't have to use it, it just might make things possible/easier. You don't have to try it out either but being against without trying out is stupid.

Out of off-topic, the video was cool and the soundtrack has been playing in my head for the last few days although I only listened to it once. Good song.

Learn to read... or work on your reading comprehension.. Why would i say, "one of my favorites" or "i loved this" if i thought this was lame? I was calling those who had to complain because it was modded or didn't give it the attention it deserved. <_<
