File Size:
202 MB only at a lenght of over 7 minutes.

Please explain why yours are better?

While yours are stuck on 4mb/s mine can go from 2mb/s up to 15 mb/s depending on the CC.
Mine is like an optimized version of yours. But I made it before you posted your settings.

4mbps in my opinion is the best for the quality and size, While 2mbps is too pixelated and 15mbps is a huge ass size.

15mbps is only a huge ass file with CBR.

1. I am not using those settings anymore.

2. The positions of the stuff are the same so you don't need a translation!  ;)
