Title: how to skin?

i just tried it using this Tutorial: How to Skin GTA SA .txd s (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=druadHlXb8g&feature=related#)
but when i spawned the nrg ( if it is necessary, i use dannye's main.scm ), my game slowed done but nothing else happened? any help or suggestions? ( made everything exactly like its done in the tutorial )

try to use an other log for change txd file
