well i need to know how to add wmv files into AE as im kinda n00bish with AE :D

After Effects is not good at sounds... you can't get there perfect synchronisation.
But if you really want...
you should not take mp3 files for it, its better you import uncompressed files like wma then just drag it to the timeline.

Vegas is 10 times better than AE when it comes to basic length editing... As ICy said AE sucks for sync lol, Combining AE and Vegas is a pretty good idea :jajaja:
