Title: Fraps doing weird?

Ok, so I have ENB settings on, and I'm currently busy making a best of for someone, but now all of a sudden, it doesn't give me the full 25 fps anyone, which it used to do, locked on 25.. What the fuck happened, and why? Does anyone knows? Nothing changed in my pc, my settings didn't do down or something like that.

Can anyone give me some tips?

Fraps > Movie > Set fps you want to record at ?

ENB is quite resource-hungry, be sure your hardware can handle it.

Record at 10fps (Set it with fraps) and Speed it up to 2.5 in your editing software.
