Hey, i just found this and want to show to all who want to edit timecyc.dat without any boring re-writing u can change and chosse your color here too.

Unfortunately www.gtatools.com (http://www.gtatools.com) is offline currently so I can't give you the latest versions but here's a link for an older version of the vice city data tool.

Works for every data file but only for VC.

Very very good, the best and what all us actual modders use. *up until it gets to a point where we've made our own data files that it can't read*

Uhm, I've had it for a while but barely used, its really easy to use but it doesn't include every feature that can be modded in the timecyc.

I reuploaded it if anyone's interested :)
