Title: New nVidia Drivers 196.21
Post by: AJ Collins on January 20, 2010, 04:54:03 PM: My god. With these the game is running better with the shadow density at 5 than my old drivers at 0! It also seems to have fixed a problem where it wasn't automatically setting my fan speed but the down side is it seems to get a little too happy to crank up the speed.

Post by: FTO on January 20, 2010, 05:19:14 PM: I always had some problem with these new drivers when I was about to open my VC and SA. So I'm still using the old one released last summer. ;)

Have you tried deleting your set file?

System restore to the time before you installed it..

Post by: Mythic on January 25, 2010, 12:09:06 PM: Installing these drivers will remove your ability to overclock the Shader MHz's, wait for a hotfix if you're up to that stuff.
