Is it accepted to use nitro and hydraulics when using bus?

is the cheat, "all cars have nitro" unaccepted? since the cheat ghosttown is  :unsure:

ghosttown doesn't have any effect on the handling or performance of the vehicle, it just means there is less traffic, whereas the nitro cheat does  :ajaja:
