head over to gtaf and the modding showroom then misc, search through the pages and you'll eventually find a few.

I remember there was one a good while ago but that was over a year ago so it could be back at page 50.

i found 1 but it doesnt cover the grass do u know any that covers the whole map with snow

I was also looking for one, i tried snow andreas, but the only flaw is it replaces all your vehicle txds and .dffs. faggotry..

I always keep a backup of my gta3.img, but if i replace it (tried) it A: crashes game and B:Removes some snow effects
