Title: What is this vehicle?

However, I looked further and found this (Ramp truck):

Are they the same?

Fuckers, the back doesent touch the ground, its about 2 feet up so yea there is no "ramp" really, unless you go off a hill and fly onto the packer, but you cannot just use it as a usual p2b. Which sucks IMO cause there are some awesome spots.

Well sorry for not knowing. I forgot that every other GTA has the packer with multiple loads on it besides a ramp.

You're trying to lecture a community of GTA nerds here. It isn't gonna happen.

Also, no the packer has always been a packer and only the packer has a ramp on the back and never has a packer had anything else but a ramp on the back.
