What stream.ini it is ? What i can do with this ?

I would like to know, what are these commands for?

It's telling you not to build paths and that there's 12 vehicles in the game mate

Ok and if I increase "memory 13500, devkit_memory 13500" I've 512mb and on the graphic card, ATI Radeon x1650 Pro 256MB. I may dicrease or increase ?

u i have heard if you do it 2x more then your normal MB the game will be smoother, unsure thought
