Title: Perfect weather/time

I need some kind of trainer which gives me the perfect time and perfect weather for stunting.

I have found a trainer which pause the time but it was too old to download.

Anyone know anything I can use which I can also download?

Or any other solution that gives me the perfect weather/time ingame?

I doesn't really matters because I only use "freeze time"
