Title: Just Thought I'd Check...
Post by: Willzyyy on August 28, 2008, 02:51:36 AM
I have read Brainkillers tutorial, and that is my next stop if I can't get this thing fixed up a bit.

I am trying to get my SA clips to look as smooth and good looking as possible. Without any lag or goofy graphics on the recorded clips in my "fraps" file.

Are these the settings that you guys are using?

Full-size

Fps - 25

No Sync is checked

My San Andreas Game Settings:

Picture is attached to this post.

It will show you my settings.

Can you guys tell me what is wrong with my settings on either fraps or SA which isn't making the quality good.

Thank You So Much!

Your settings are fine!

Well, since you have 16bit it should look a bit crappy! 32bit is alot better...

Ok, thanks man. Just checking.  I have 32 bit, so that's fine.

Aslong as they dont harm your framerate you could turn anti-aliasing on and put the visual FX quality to high or very high

Also if you have a graphics card you could change the graphics card's settings for the game.

standard TV systems (ntsc, pal) r made in 29,9 (whats close to 30 fps)
imo thats best fps rate u need to record with, if u record with more, ull get larger files..
probably its about ur ingame settings then, check its settings..
