hey all, i started up vc for the first time in forever, i want to change the tire size on the mesa grande, but i cant remember how. i remember doing it a long time ago on the police car, but i cant remember how

It's something in handling.cfg. Forgot how too, try googling for a handling.cfg tool, I saw one somewhere.
