That tank rotation has not been proven as legal. It's modded until proven without any use of the SCM.

I haven't seen a clean setup but we all know that is possible because that's how fucked up CSMs are. But this stunt IS modded for now. I haven't seen one clean way of doing this method ever.

This isn't going to change until someone manages to come forth with some really good arguments as to why this is modding, see as how it could be done even on the PS2.

I dunno if it counts as a proof or not but I get a try.
So, Innovation was released on the 30th Sep '05. Barney had a stunt in it at: 2:40-2:50. Dannye released his main.scm only on the 6th dec '05.

I told Knapman that there were stunts involving a helicopter hit before Dannye's USCM was released, but I wasen't sure.  Thanks for confirming that, sony

It wouldn't be that hard to do without mods really, if you got enough stars there would be helicopters chasing you anyway, you could probably manipulate them into the correct position without too much trouble.
