Title: GTA SA New Tank Camera

Alright, this is what i'd like to be done ( if possible ).  

I simply want the GTA SA Rhino Camera to be like the one in GTA VC, making stunting easier with Rhino.
Stunting with this mod would be legal according to stunt laws since it only changes camera angle.

If this could be done i would really appreciate it and so would many others.

Use cam hack? to always have the positon facing forward that way when you look behind to rotate the turret you will still be facing the right direction.

Cam* Theres a way to freeze the camera to your car or something. I know it can be done, dunno how though

I've tried everything and it refuses. :/
