I've never had an ATI and I don't really want to have one either  Is that Radeon 4870 better than the one I suggested?

ATI is good, mine is 3 or 4 years old and not even a top of the range card but it still plays basically anything given you lower the settings.

The one you linked is great, you should get 2 of them and dual SLI. I'm not sure if the 260 can tri-sli though. I know the GTX280 can tri SLI
