Change the processor to Intel Core 2 Duo E8400, AMD's suck balls. And don't buy cards which have been overclocked by the manufactuer. You can aslo get alot better card for cheaper. For example 8800GTS etc. Ask Technogeek. Otherwise it looks pritty good.. though I'm not 100% about some things.

Nothing wrong with buying a card that's already been OC'ed as it saves you having to do it yourself. Got yourself a nice rig for the price there, but as someone mentioned in here, maybe you should take a look at Intel CPU's or if you're going to get an AMD then why not just go for the 6400 since you can get them for pretty much nothing now, also at the same time if you're going to be getting a black edition CPU then you will need to look in to buying a heatsink of some kind as black edition doesn't supply you with one, but they like to charge you more money for it. With SLI, at the moment I personally would say the performance doesn't justify the cost. I have used two 8800 GT cards in one system and it only just managed to out perform a single 8800 GTS (512mb pre-overclocked). The 9800 GTX OC card you've chosen looks pretty impressive and is a decent price aswell, the free game it comes with is terrible (IMO) but then I am very fussy on my First Person Shooter games. I can't really give much info when it comes to an Intel CPU because there's so many different types of Intel CPU's I just gave up trying to care, though in a few years time I will probably upgrade to Intel since AMD seem to have screwed up with their CPU's taking a step back from quad core and going in to the tri-core processors.
The PSU (shakes fist in rage) is the type of PSU I was looking for to match the style my Antec 900 had and 600w is plenty of power to run the system you have built. The case I can't really give an opinion about because i've only ever chosen one case myself and that's the Antec 900 which I will soon be getting rid of for the Antec 1200. The CPU and RAM bundle really just means you're buying the RAM as the CPU is not that great to begin with and it's their way to get rid of their stock by offering a good product with a poor product, similar to what they do with the graphics card and the game. All in all you've got a good build there minus the CPU and it's just a shame they throw in a CPU with pretty good RAM and remember, if you're going for that CPU bundle you will probably need to buy a heatsink aswell.

Not much of a difference but i'm just pointing at the ram i bought ( it was second hand so i had no choice and it was cheap )
and i should get the hd4850 if i was you, results proof that that card is 10 % FASTER then the 9800 GTX

Honestly ditch the quad core, I dont care about how future proof it is, the truth is you will see alot better performance if you go for the Intel 8400 3.0ghz and theeven though there is only a small price difference between the Q6600 and the E8400, it is not worth the "future proofing" you are reciving. When it comes to games needing quad cores Im sure the 3.0ghz Quads would have dropped in price and then you can snatch one up when you need it
Lets look at this way, the E8400 comes out over the Q6600 in almost every benchmark and its alot better for todays games, it is also very overclockable. Theres not going to be any clear benifits of going for a quad core for some times, unless you intend on doing mass multi tasking or heavy video editing which may utilize all the cores there is no real reason to go for the quad. Almost forgetting that the E8400 runs cooler and uses less power than the E8400.
The E8400 also has a higher clock speed ensuring higher performance in applications that are not optimized for multi-tasking. Well to me its clear what you should pick. The E8400 is clearly the better CPU and even though the Q6600 has 4 cores, the clock and bus frequency are alot lower and thus performance on todays games would lack.
Edit: Just to add, the full advantage of quad cores will not be realised until 12 - 18 months (or so I read) and im sure prices would have dropped since then and you could be ready for an upgrade
